Parishoner Tuition Discount Acceptance Agreement
For those families requesting the Parishioner Tuition Discount please check below as acceptance of the requirements for being considered an active member of St. Sebastian Parish.
At least one parent/guardian must:
- Be Roman Catholic and registered as a member of St. Sebastian Parish;
- Regularly attend Sunday and Holy Day liturgies;
- Continue to demonstrate consistent involvement in the Church/School volunteer activities.
HASA Dues Agreement
St. Sebastian Parish School’s Home and School Association, is an organization that benefits every child in the school by giving direct support to the education process and teaching staff. HASA provides stipends to our teaching staff each year. That money is used to purchase classroom materials and items that every child uses. HASA also provides busses for at least two field trips per classroom per year. They also provide the agendas for each student. These just name a few of the wonderful things that HASA is able to provide. 100% of all HASA funds go straight back to our teachers and students!
HASA asks that each family enrolled in the Parish School pay $50 in HASA dues to help cover the various expenses. Please indicate below, which payment option you would prefer.
2019-20 Method of Payment Acceptance Agreement
St. Sebastian Parish School uses Smart Tuition for our payment and billing services. Smart Tuition, as an independent processor, employs industry leading standard in data security, privacy, and compliance in the handling of your personal and payment information.
Tuition charges, aftercare charges, and other incidental fees will be billed through Smart Tuition and deducted with tuition payments as scheduled. Every family must be signed up for an account within Smart Tuition by May 1, 2019. New families will receive an email to set up their account and returning families will receive an email to confirm the account information they already have set up from Smart Tuition directly. Please respond to this email to verify your information as soon as possible. Families will receive an email each month 10 days prior to their account being drafted. Please note that if using a credit card with Smart Tuition there will be a 2.65% convenience fee added to each transaction. There is no additional fee for using a checking or savings account.
Smart Tuition Management
Payment in Full: One payment made in full through Smart Tuition or to the school directly. Payment is due between the dates of July 1, 2019 and August 20, 2019. If paying the school directly one check for the total amount must be brought to the school or business office and given to someone directly. If tuition in full is not paid by August 20, 2019 then your student(s) registration reservation will be considered available on a first-come first-served basis. There is no fee for using Smart Tuition with this option.
Semester Plan: This option will allow for two payments to be made electronically through Smart Tuition. The first payment will be drafted in July 2019 the second payment in December 2019. The day of the months will be the day selected upon setting up your account with Smart Tuition. There is no fee for using Smart Tuition with this option.
Monthly Plan: This option will allow for a monthly payment to be made electronically through Smart Tuition. The payments will be 12 equal installments starting in July 2019 and ending in June of 2019. The day of the months will be the day selected upon setting up your account with Smart Tuition. There is a $50 fee for using this payment option. This fee will be deducted with your first payment in the month of July 2019.
