Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHCs) distribute the Body and Blood of Christ during weekend Liturgies and, when needed, during the week.
EMHCs who wish to be more involved with the liturgical preparations may become Mass Coordinators. If you are interested, contact Karen Bader. EMHCs may also, with extra training, become Visiting Extraordinary Ministers (VEM) who distribute to the faithful who are homebound or in hospitals, convalescent homes, or senior citizen facilities. Please contact Deacon Terry Peacock in the rectory (330-836-2233) if you know of someone needing a VEM.
EMHCs are always needed on Holy Days of Obligation for the evenings Masses - now at 7PM, including the Vigil. Morning Mass is at 9:00AM and includes the schoolchildren.
