Welcome to Our New Staff Members!

Mr. Will Ress, 6th Grade Teacher

Mr. Ress is beginning his 12th year as an educator. He has taught in Catholic schools and in a behavioral health/ SEL setting. Will enjoys bringing his faith into learning, and he loves helping students reach their potential through “aha” moments in the classroom. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, sports, coaching, and his family’s new edition, son, Ezra.

Mrs. Jennifer Sullivan, Preschool Teacher

Mrs. Sullivan has worked in various aspects of education, and has degrees in both Early Childhood Education and Library Science. Jennifer’s favorite thing about teaching is helping students grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically in a fun and safe environment. She is mom to John (4th), and Timothy and Isaac, both graduates of St. Sebastian. She enjoys reading, crafting, and camping, with her family, completing their goal this summer of visiting all 48 contiguous states!

Mrs. Bernadette Gibson, Marketing & Admissions Coordinator

Mrs. Gibson has a degree in Marketing, and she has already done big things behind the scenes to get our school year off to a great start. Her family moved to Akron 5 years ago when they fell in love with St. Sebastian and the area. She is mom to Quentin (5th) and Genevieve (3rd), and her family is very active in our parish and school community.

Ms. Beth Reining, Cafeteria Manager

Ms. Reining has worked for the diocese for 20 years! She loves interacting with the children and getting to know them; it is one of her greatest joys. Beth says, “It is my pleasure to serve the children each day, it keeps me young at heart.” Beth believes her job is a labor of love!
