Raffle Rules and Regulations:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Proper identification is required to claim prize (valid driver’s license)
- Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees
- Winner must complete a W2G form with the St. Sebastian Business Office PRIOR to receiving prize
- If not present, winner will be notified with a phone call the night of April 24 and again on April 25 (if necessary), then by mail
- Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification
- Void where prohibited by law
