Why I like teaching

I enjoy helping young people discover new tools and methods to express their creativity. I want students to view technology broadly (beyond screens and devices) as the application of knowledge that serves as a force multiplier, enhancing human life and solving problems. I view technology as another language and toolkit that gives students a new vocabulary to communicate their ideas and share their personal voice. I enjoy helping students work through problems they care about, guiding them as they build solutions that have meaning for them.
