St. Sebastian Parish School once again demonstrated academic excellence on the latest proficiency benchmarks, outperforming Ohio Public Schools, the Diocese of Cleveland Catholic Schools, and Akron Public Schools in every tested grade and subject. While continuing our tradition of high academic achievement, St. Sebastian Parish School maintains a high-quality formation and education program, helping students grow in mind, body, and spirit. St. Sebastian Parish School outperformed Ohio’s public schools and the Diocese of Cleveland’s Catholic Schools average proficiency scores in every grade level, including 14 of the 14 tested subjects/grades reported on Ohio’s public school report cards.
St. Sebastian Parish School is a chartered non-public school, accountable to Ohio’s operating standards, in which every educator is licensed by the state of Ohio. Every student who attends using a state scholarship is required to take assessments approved by the state.
