Father's Bulletin Letter 4.5.26

Apr 01, 2026

He is risen!

He is risen indeed!

Happy Easter to all of you! It is a special joy to offer these greetings to those who officially became fully initiated Catholics at our Easter Vigil. What a blessing it is to have you among us and I ask the entire parish to keep you in prayer and encourage you in your faith as you continue your calling as a disciple of Christ.

Welcome to all of our visitors. I hope that these Easter celebrations bring you joy and growth in the Lord as we celebrate Christ’s Resurrection. If you are looking for a spiritual home, you would be most welcome here. If you would like to register for this parish, you may do so at the rectory offices or on our website. If you are not Catholic and would like to consider becoming so, contact one of the priests or Mr. Keith Johnson, all of whom may be contacted by phone or email, the information for which may be found elsewhere in this bulletin.

Welcome home to St. Sebastianites who have been away either at school or who have moved to other parts of the world. It is always so great to have you back! I hope that it is a grace-filled visit for you. And of course, God’s blessings on all of you who are here week after week. What a blessing that we get to join together at these celebrations. I always say how fortunate I am to be your pastor. Thank you for all that you do.

A special thank you to all of the people who have been working and volunteering so much as of late to prepare our parish both for the Chrism Mass for the Diocese and for all of the Holy Week celebrations for the Parish. This needs to be written before all of these things take place, but already, scores of people have spent an enormous amount of time preparing for all of these special events. Please know of my prayers and if you have a moment, please pray for everyone who has been working so diligently for all of our benefit this Easter.
