The Ushers' Ministry is one of welcoming and service. Their duties include greeting people, assisting people in finding seating, and giving hearing packs to those who need them. Ushers take up the collection and direct communicants in an orderly fashion. They assist those designated to take up the offertory gifts. At the conclusion of Mass, they distribute weekly bulletins, they also retrieve song sheets, missals, or forgotten personal items left in the pews.
